Should you enquire for a price, that is exactly what you shall receive. If we are unable to help, I will let you know immediately, you shall not be ignored or misled.
Every client is treated equally, no matter the size or cost of the works.
Rather than having to wait 2-3 weeks for me to come by and quote the works. I now tend to ask for a small selection of photos, or even a quick video call (WhatsApp/Teams/Zoom/FaceTime) to assess the job. I'm always more than happy to come by, if you'd still rather meet face-to-face!
Since 2020, I have found the above approach works a lot better for customers' busy and ever changing schedules!
I believe our prices are fair and reflect the quality of our workmanship.
I always say to clients "There's nothing you can't say, or ask me . If for whatever reason you're not happy with the standard of work, or feel you haven't had your monies worth, please know that you can always come to me"
That is something I have stood by since 2009 and will continue to do so moving forward.
